swissQprint, the wide-format printer manufacturer has a new high-end UV LED printer along with “Rob”, a loading and unloading robot, introduced at the latest edition of the drupa tradeshow, held in Düsseldorf, Germany every 4 years.
The Impala LED features a 2.5 mt wide, while the Nyala LED features a 3.2 mt wide, both with the option of a dual structure: flatbed with a roll-to-roll over top, and also a combo transport belt structure, giving clients a wide variety to suit best their needs.
“Rob” is the latest solution for unattended printing, it may take a number of 500 boards to print for a 10 hours shift; the user gains time for other tasks and has fewer hours to work.
The new swissQprint is redesigned with LED curing extends the range of possible substrates with both rigid and flex materials, and with the option of handling a small droplet size (9 picoliter). The Nyala LED increases the colour gamut significantly producing smooth gradients and uniform spreads of color.
As long as performance the new high-end UV LED consumes half the electricity and the LED lamps last as long as the UV printer. We at FLAAR Reports would sure need to evaluate this printer with all of its features. Expect full details for these printers following us during and after SGIA 2017. #FLAARatSGIA
